JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS UNTIL THE 4TH ANNUAL DISCOVER OVRP DAY!

Have you marked your calendars for June 7th yet? Just a reminder to all of those who love to explore beautiful conservation areas and support the Otay Valley Regional Park (OVRP), the annual “Discover Otay Valley Regional Park Day” is on June 7th.

WILDCOAST is partnering up with some great organizations and stakeholders such as the City of San Diego Park Rangers, the City of San Diego, I Love A Clean San Diego, River Partners, Girl Scouts, The Jonathan Seller and Charlie Keever Foundation and Project Wildlife. Some exciting activities including guided walks, a raffle and a Kumeyaay Native American cultural demonstration will be taking place.  We also have some great speakers lined up, including Chula Vista Mayor Cheryl Cox!

Bring your family out to the park for a fun day and don't forget your reuasable water bottles and bikes!

See you there and we will keep you posted for any changes or updates to come. Kick-off will be at 9:45 am and the event will end at 1:00pm.

(You can park at 27th and Faivre or at Kaanapali Way, then enjoy the short walk to the Beyer Blvd Ranger station at 2155 Beyer Blvd. San Diego, CA 92154)
