On Saturday September 17 over 65 volunteers turned out to help out during I Love a Clean San Diego's and San Diego Coastkeeper's Coastal Cleanup Day. WiLDCOAST lead the Dairy Mart Road Bridge site in the Tijuana River Valley. Volunteers included Cal-American Water, St.Augustine High School, boyscouts troop 211 and many other community members. These amazing community volunteers helped to remove 4,040 lbs of trash and 153 tires from the The Tijuana River bed!

Many thanks to all who assisted, in particular, Ocean Minded for donating goodies, Cal-American Water for helping recruit our volunteers, and Allied Waste for supporting Coastal Cleanup Day!
