Recent Land Purchase Results in the Protection of 23,214 Acres and 25.2 Miles of Coastline in the Region.
The pristine shoreline of the Cirios Coast in Baja California

WiLDCOAST’s Valle de los Cirios Pacific Coast conservation initiative is moving forward with the recent acquisition of a 260 acre parcel on the Central Baja California coast. This purchase establishes 2.4 miles of continuous protected shoreline.  With current pending transactions WiLDCOAST anticipates to conserve over 35,000 acres and 30 miles of coastline in the region by the year’s end.
WiLDCOAST would like to thank the individuals and foundations that have made our conservation successes possible.
