Dorismar, the Mermaid of Sea Turtle Conservation

Last Sunday March 25 WiLDCOAST launched its newest phase of the “Don’t Eat Sea Turtle” campaign with a variety of media appearances on the Univision, Televisa and TV-Azteca networks in Mexico and the United States. This time, we are honored to have Dorismar –WiLDCOAST’s celebrity spokesperson who has blasted the campaign into the stratosphere and helped put a huge dent in the consumption of sea turtle eggs and meet.

With her sympathy and charisma Dorismar has appeared on Channel 40, Televisa News, Channel 11, Univision and Telehit to ask men not to eat sea turtle eggs and meat, since these are NOT aphrodisiacs and their consumption has put turtles in serious danger of extinction.

The response from the audience has been amazing. This year’s campaign was also published in one of Mexico’s most important sports journals, since Mexican Soccer Team star “Kikin” Fonseca joined WiLDCOAST’s campaign as spokesperson.

Next Friday we will be with Dorismar in Acapulco in order to go to one of the global centers for the consumption of sea turtle products.
