WiLDCOAST at the Rose Bowl

Last Friday Mexico’s national team played Venezuela at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. How could we let the opportunity of having thousands of Mexicans together in a soccer match pass? Well, we did not! A group of enthusiastic WiLDCOAST volunteers distributed hundreds of posters and postcards to soccer fanatics inside and outside the stadium.
At one point the excitement for the posters was such, that we thought they would pull us out of the car. Luckily for us, the “raza” was very respectful and totally excited about having their star’s posters, and for us, a great opportunity to give our conservation message.

Next week it will be Mexico City’s turn at the Estadio Azteca, on Mexico’s National Team goodbye to Germany.
